1. Who we are
PROMOVARE (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a social media and content marketing business based in the United Kingdom. We are the “controller” of the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is used.

2. What information we collect
- Enquiries. Your name, email address, company, the package you are interested in and your message, when you use our contact form, email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Clients. Contact and billing details, and the content, brand materials and account access you give us so we can deliver our services.
- Website usage. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found our site.

We do not sell your personal information. We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked for them or are an existing client, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We only share information with trusted providers who help us run the business, and only what is needed. These may include: website hosting and form-handling services; Google (Analytics); Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook); email, scheduling, design and video tools; and accountants or professional advisers. We may also share information where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the UK
Some providers, such as Google and Meta, may process information outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to [12 months].
- Client records: for the length of our work together, then up to [6 years] for accounting and legal reasons.
- Analytics data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics ([e.g. 14 months]).
7. Cookies

- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we use your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using secure services and limiting who can access it. No online service is completely risk-free, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or card details through the contact form.
11. Other websites and apps
Our site links to services like WhatsApp and Instagram. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they use your information.
12. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date at the top.
